Once your shipment is collected by Direct Freight, Shingleback Off Road can not control delivery times, however we will provide you with a tracking number for your shipment so you can monitor delivery progress and stay informed. Once you receive the tracking number we encourage you to log on to the Direct Freight website and track your order. We will support you in the unlikely occurrence of your parcel not being delivered.
Using our world-first, patent-pending Lock Chock system. It clamps the front wheel firmly in place to stop any back/forward movement and holds the dirt bike upright, freeing up both hands while additional straps are added to prevent side-to-side movement.
Yes. Pair it with the Dolly Stand to easily wheel your loaded motorbike around the garage or shed for storage and maintenance.
The MOTO rack requires a standard 50mm square hitch receiver with at least 80mm of depth, measured from the centre of the pin hole to where the hitch bottoms out.
If you need more extension to clear your ute canopy or tray then you can use the MOTO rack with the Shingleback Tow Hitch Extender, which extends the hitch receiver out approximately 200mm. Noting that this will reduce your carrying capacity to 125kg.
You should also check your towball download rating. We recommend you don’t exceed 60% of that when using the loaded MOTO rack.

Yes. Once built, simply slide it into your hitch, tighten the Anti-Rattle Bolt and Anti-Rattle Clamp, plug in the LED lights and you’re ready to roll. Removal is just as quick. While possible on your own, two people may be needed.
If the ramp doesn’t touch the ground you can either park in an area with sloping ground, or use a caravan wheel chock which acts like a ramp extender when you put it under the ramp. A block of wood can work too.
Yes, absolutely. If you’re planning on going for a ride and just want to transport one MTB, you can definitely put your mountain bike on the MOTO.
And if you want to take more than one bike the MOTO rack works well with the Shingleback 2B90.

We can help you with a replacement MOTO Lock Pin. We don’t currently have them on the website for sale but if you’d like to email orders@shinglebackoffroad.com.au with your request we’ll be able to help you out.
Yes in most cases you should be able to. The rack measures approx. 240mm from the tow hitch to the top of the chock lock handle.
