The Shingleback Off Road Bike Trailer for vehicles carries 12 – 28 bikes.

The Outrigger rises above any other bike trailer, its built tough using high quality Australian materials made components throughout with a tough powdercoat for worry-free usage. With an average unloaded weight of approx. half a tonne, the Outrigger Bike Trailer is designed to tow behind most vehicles. The Outrigger is perfectly suited for schools, cycling clubs, and tour operators who need a reliable and proven bike trailer to transport from 12 – 28 bikes without storage or 12-20 bikes with an added storage compartment.

Featuring updated cradle design, the trailer can be used with a range of wheel sizes and bicycle types, including BMX bikes*, Road Bikes*, Gravel Bikes, Mountain Bikes and e-Bikes. The Outrigger Bike Trailer is a proven and tested design and is the trailer of choice for many of Australia’s premium rugged MTB parks, clubs, shuttle businesses, schools and cycling partners such as AusCycling.

The 24-28 capacity trailers are a 22 bike trailer featuring a custom ‘shunted’ axle.

This provides a rear hitch mount to add one of our standard shingleback racks to and can accommodate an additional 2 to 6 bikes to the trailer with minimal extra length added.

This design provides extra versatility as having the removable rack gives customers the option to use only the 22 bike trailer and/or the rack separately.

Need storage? Add a lockable storage compartment to trailers sized 12-20 bikes, for an additional cost of $4,000.

We can arrange delivery anywhere in Australia and fees are dependent on your location. Pricing is inclusive of GST.
