Luke Meier-Smith is one of Australia’s most exciting downhill mountain bike talents, racing with the Giant Factory Off-Road Team. Hailing from the small town of Comboyne on the NSW Mid North Coast, Luke’s rise through the sport has been fuelled by a lifelong love of speed, adrenaline and the freedom that riding brings.
A multiple Australian Downhill National Champion and winner of the 2025 UCI Downhill World Cup in Lake Placid, Luke has firmly established himself on the global stage.
I came across Shingleback Off Road when I was a youngster starting out and always thought that they were the best looking and the best built racks on the market to transport my bikes.
