Shingleback Setup

Favourite feature of your Shingleback rack?

No frame contact and the ease & speed to load and unload

When did you first come across Shingleback vertical racks? What were your initial thoughts?

2018 when I started racing World Cups! It was unreal to finally have a great solution to transporting my bikes, and I wish it was around sooner!

RIDING LIFE

What’s the most challenging event or trail you’ve ever tackled, and what made it so tough?

1199 DH in Whistler is probably the most challenging. It’s rough, fast and raw DH at is finest!

How did you first get into riding, and what keeps you hooked today?

The fun got me into it and the freedom, and I would say the exact same things keep me hooked today!

What does a typical training week look like for you during the season?

A big variety usually – Multiple gym sessions, A few trail bike rides, and try get on the DH bike at least 1 time!

A perfect day riding looks like...

A morning ebike ride with mates followed by a moto ride in the arvo!!

Any special pre-comp routines or rituals?

Spaghetti Bolognese for pre race dinner is always the routine!

If you weren’t riding, what would you be doing?

Probably 4WDriving in my Patrol!

And finally, what would you tell your younger self starting out?

Trust yourself and remember to enjoy every moment!
