All orders within Australia will be delivered by Direct Freight (excluding small items which are sent via Australia Post). Once your shipment is collected by Direct Freight, Shingleback Off Road can not control delivery times, however we will provide you with a tracking number for your shipment so you can monitor delivery progress and stay informed. Once you receive the tracking number we encourage you to log on to the Direct Freight website and track your order. We will support you in the unlikely occurrence of your parcel not being delivered.

Simple bottom bar design is height adjustable to suit a wide range of bikes and is compatible with the Shingleback extender if needed.
The simple hoop design can take all bike sizes from 20” without additional accessories. Extra padding may be needed for 20” wheels and roadies.
With interchangeable tow bar tubes of different lengths available, and multiple hitch pin and rack mounting locations, you have the most flexibility when fitting the rack to your vehicle.
With a simple pin system made easier with a clever adjustable back stop design, you can tilt the rack on your own with one bike missing, creating easy access to the rear of your vehicle. Two people may be needed if fully loaded.
Our racks are designed to fit most vehicles with ease! Each rack comes with a standard tow bar tube, which suits approximately 80% of vehicles. Thanks to our modular design, we also offer additional tow tube options for vehicles with shallow tow bar hitches or those needing extra clearance.
